Terms & Conditions - Premier League Challenge 🇿🇦

1. Organizer

The Premier League Challenge 🇿🇦 is organized by Kiss My Score, a free mobile app available on Android and iOS. The competition is designed to offer a fun and engaging experience for football fans predicting match results from the English Premier League.

2. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to all registered Kiss My Score users.

  • Players must be at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

  • Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may lead to disqualification.

  • To be eligible to win the prize, participants must have an active EasyBet account registered under the same name and email used on Kiss My Score.

  • The competition is primarily intended for users based in South Africa.

3. How to Participate

  • Join the Premier League Challenge 🇿🇦 league within the Kiss My Score app.

  • Predict the results of the English Premier League matches throughout the 2025 season.

  • Points are awarded according to the app’s standard scoring system for correct match predictions.

  • The league ranking will be automatically updated after each round.

4. Prize

  • The winner of the Premier League Challenge 🇿🇦 (the player ranked 1st at the end of the Premier League season) may receive a 10,000 ZAR EasyBet Gift Card.

  • The prize will only be awarded if the league reaches at least 10,000 registered players by the end of the season.

  • If the league does not reach this threshold, no prize will be distributed.

  • In case of a tie, the winner will be determined based on the Kiss My Score tie-breaking criteria (number of perfect scores, correct outcomes, and, if necessary, random draw).

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and redeemable only through EasyBet.

5. Prize Delivery

  • The potential winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their Kiss My Score account.

  • The winner must confirm their EasyBet account and respond within 7 days of being contacted.

  • Failure to respond or failure to have a valid EasyBet account will result in disqualification, and the prize may be awarded to the next eligible player.

  • The 10,000 ZAR gift card will be delivered electronically to the confirmed email address.

6. Fair Play and Disqualification

Kiss My Score reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be:

  • Using multiple accounts;

  • Engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity;

  • Manipulating results or the system in any way;

  • Violating these Terms and Conditions;

  • Failing to meet the eligibility requirement of having an active EasyBet account.

7. Changes and Cancellation

Kiss My Score reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if technical issues, fraud, or other factors compromise its integrity;

  • Adjust the prize conditions if necessary, while maintaining fairness and transparency for participants.

8. Liability

Kiss My Score shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or app errors;

  • Incorrect or incomplete user information that prevents contact with the winner;

  • Any restrictions or limitations applied by EasyBet regarding gift card redemption;

  • Any taxes or fees applicable to the prize, which are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Premier League Challenge 🇿🇦, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the requirement to hold a valid EasyBet account to be eligible for the prize.
